NED DELANEY

VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT, NORTHEAST REGION

Ned Delaney, joined Xebec in August 2021 and currently serves a Vice President of Development. Mr. Delaney is responsible for the execution of development projects throughout the northeast, including entitlements through construction and assisting Xebec’s Acquisition team in conceptualizing sites prior to due diligence.

Before joining Xebec, Mr. Delaney served as the Director of Development for Roseland Residential Trust, overseeing the environmental cleanup, infrastructure projects, and entitlements for multifamily projects within the Port Imperial neighborhoods in Weehawken, New Jersey, and West New York. Prior to joining Roseland, Mr. Delaney spent eight years as a civil engineer with Langan Engineering, where he designed multifamily and industrial properties throughout New Jersey and New York City.

Mr. Delaney attended Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey, where he received a Bachelors and Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering and Water Resources in 2011. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey.
