CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Adeel Khan joined Xebec in September 2023 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Khan oversees non-real estate corporate and real estate accounting functions, including corporate finance, financial reporting, treasury, and regulatory compliance.  Mr. Khan also oversees corporate strategic initiatives and planning, corporate level equity and debt transactions, and is responsible for overseeing the structuring and execution of corporate transactions across Xebec.

Adeel Khan is an experienced public company executive and accomplished CFO whose experience spans 25 years in commercial real estate and other industries. He is recognized for his expertise in commercial real estate, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financial & operational strategies, acquisitions and development, capital and debt markets, enterprise risk management, and leadership development. He brings board governance experience and is qualified to serve as a financial expert on audit committees. Prior to joining Xebec, Mr. Khan’s experience included:

PS Business Parks, Inc. (NYSE: PSB), a former real estate investment trust (“REIT”) and member of the S&P MidCap 400 that acquired, developed, owned, and operated commercial properties, primarily multi-tenant industrial, flex and office space. Mr. Khan served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Corporate Secretary. During Mr. Khan’s tenure at PSB, the company completed a $7.6B merger with Blackstone.

Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. (NYSE: REXR), a REIT and member of the S&P MidCap 400 that acquires, develops, owns, and operates industrial properties in Southern California. Mr. Khan served as the Chief Financial Officer. During Mr. Khan’s tenure at REXR he led the IPO in 2013 and helped build one of the best performing industrial REIT in the largest US market.

MPG Office Trust Inc. (NYSE: MPG), a former REIT that acquired, developed, owned, and operated class-A office properties. Mr. Khan served as Vice President and Corporate Controller. During Mr. Khan’s tenure at MPG the company was successful in an IPO in 2003, and later he was instrumental in working with lenders and servicers during the financial recession.

Mr. Khan attended California State University Fullerton where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and minor in Mathematics in 1995.  Mr. Khan was licensed in California as a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive).
